The basis is simple and 100% vegetable: rapeseed oil, butter of cocoa (for «spreadability») and a little of salt.
Pepper and Biscus is a pepper spread with two characters: In the role of Pepper, the black pepper from the island of Phu-Quoc in Vietnam. This pepper develops first subtle notes for express after all its power. In the role of Biscus, the hibiscus flower finely ground. In addition to its color, the hibiscus flower brings notes of floral acidity which enhances the notes of pepper.

Idea tasting: on a toast, a little of pepper to spread and a thin slice of Black radish or in a ham sandwich to replace the butter.
Without water, this product can be kept several months at room temperature but ideally protected from light. It is recommended to keep it in the fridge once started.
Please, do not store at temperatures above 25°c otherwise it melts and products settle.
